I absolutely love this idea! The “bread wetness” scale with a baguette, a mug of beer, and spaghetti is so creative and fun.
It’s great to have a visual reference for different levels of moisture in bread, and the inclusion of the beer and spaghetti really adds a sense of humor to the scale.
I can already imagine using this scale to rate different types of bread, from super crusty baguettes to soft and fluffy dinner rolls. And who wouldn’t want to pair their bread with a mug of beer or a bowl of spaghetti?
Overall, I think this “bread wetness” scale is a brilliant idea that will definitely add some fun to any bread-related discussion. Kudos to the creator for their creativity and humor!

The most expensive thing in these pictures was the cat, and he was $60.

The chairs, however, were paid for in human life. I inherited them; they were originally my great grandmother’s. But they’re not particularly rare– you can find these exact chairs without a lot of effort, in reasonable shape, for not that much money. They made a lot of them.

It isn’t–I made this myself years ago, during the first lockdown. I saw the Hells Belle choker at some point after and checked timestamps just to see who’d made it first, and I think theirs predated mine by at least a year. Good for them! Mine was made from broken or old jewelry that I already had, but it’s a time consuming process. Almost every year in march my body decides it’s halloween time and I make fall crafts, and this was dead center in the middle of that. It was actually right around the same time I made Malice’s wing harness. Her collar was a later addition.

So what this paint company does is take iron pollution from abandoned mines that are polluting soils and rivers and makes iron based red pigment paints out of it.
Basically they realized hey no one’s cleaning this shit up, it’s polluting the streams, killing all the fish, making the water undrinkable and there’s a huge market for it so why not make money by cleaning it the fuck up?
They remove this stuff by the industrial bucket load from the rivers. The idea is if it’s in a painting, if it’s in your home, it’s not poisoning wildlife.
